• Project Sanction: The project must have all the necessary approvals and sanctions from the relevant authorities, including the municipal corporation, the state pollution control board, and any other relevant authorities.

• Project Details: The developer must provide complete and accurate information about the project, including the project plans, specifications, amenities, and the proposed timeline for completion.
